The Challenges

SailPoint is a leader in identity and access management. The company helps enterprise businesses control information available to its staff and users. As a growing company, SailPoint needed a redesigned website with an improved user experience and better organized content so users could easily understand, find, and purchase SailPoint’s (sometimes complex) solutions.

The Solutions

TradeMark Media partnered with SailPoint to design a new, sharp, user-friendly website––including a mobile-responsive version. We also provided search engine optimization (SEO) consulting, helping ensure SailPoint will be discovered more quickly and more often. We also recommended and built clearer calls to action, helping SailPoint convert more leads online.

SailPoint also needed to promote its on-premise and cloud solutions effectively, and so special attention was given to making this differentiation obvious.

The Results

SailPoint's new website is bright, intuitive, and flexible enough to grow with a fast-growing company. Within four months of launching the website, its overall traffic was up 36% year-over-year, which included a 135% increase in mobile traffic.

TradeMark's search engine optimization services contributed to a 51% year-over-year increase in organic search traffic during this same period as well.
