SchoolQuest Partners with TradeMark Media to Build Their New Website

SchoolQuest is an online resource created by the Military Child Education Coalition to help military parents and students understand the best options for new schools and colleges as well as workplace readiness. They wanted better website traffic and engagement and needed an improved design that was more intuitive and easy to use.

TradeMark Media worked with SchoolQuest to create an attractive new site that helps visitors find the information they need more quickly. Since their Resource Library included some of their most important content, attention was given to better organization, an improved user experience, and the ability add new content more easily. Their Student Profile section and blog were also enhanced to improve user engagement.

Before launch, TradeMark Media interviewed a number of military parents to discover and fix anything that users might find confusing. This usability study revealed that users were very happy with the look of the site and the way the content was organized, which helped SchoolQuest gain confidence that the new design would be successful. We were also able to make fixes to the issues that users found confusing.
