TradeMark Wins “Best Places to Work” 2016

We're honored and humbled to announce that we've been named one of the "Best Places to Work" by the Austin Business Journal. An added bonus: We're the largest Web agency to make the list.

To compete for this award, the company submits an application describing the company culture, benefits, and financial profile. Then, the employees take an  anonymous, extensive survey––including evaluation of management, responsibilities, transparency, professional development, salary, and benefits. It's a comprehensive review of all aspects of a company's business, mission, and culture. 

And to make the cut, a company's employees––in our case, 22 of them––must be in unanimous agreement: This is a superb place to work. 

As Andrea Richeson, our Chief Operating Officer and VP of User Experience, puts it:
