.NET CMS Web Developer

Apply for the .NET CMS Web Developer Position

Job Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain full scale websites and web applications and own the development process for a site from beginning to end.
  • Participate in all aspects of the website creation process, including providing input into Information Architecture, Design and Functional Requirements.
  • Handle support and other smaller hourly tasks as they are assigned throughout the day.
  • Help manage the development infrastructure needed for .NET projects.

Expectations

The .NET Web Developer will be expected to demonstrate:

  • Expertise deploying at least one .NET CMS on client websites, with preference given to Kentico, Sitecore, and Umbraco. This includes complete integrations from scratch into fully editable websites and a thorough understanding of the platform and how add-ons are used to extend the capabilities.
  • Experience using a .NET CMS to build complex websites involving large datasets, custom modules and custom applications.
  • Expert knowledge of .NET and the ability to write custom add-ons when the need arises. Experience extending a .NET CMS beyond the basics. Solid experience writing custom web applications would be a plus, but is not required.
  • Expertise creating front-end code from wireframes, design files, and technical specifications, using HTML, CSS and JavaScript/jQuery. The developer should show a strict adherence to modern coding standards.
  • Familiarity with responsive frameworks and SASS. We primarily use Foundation as a starting point for responsive projects.
  • Experience in managing quality assurance on projects to ensure that all code has been tested and meets expectations.
  • A history of successfully managing multiple projects in a fast-paced team environment.
  • The ability to multi task, manage time, and complete tasks quickly and accurately, with minimum supervision.
  • The ability to work well with other developers, account managers and supervisors.
  • The ability to communicate professionally with clients and staff.

Requirements

The .NET Web Developer must meet the following requirements:

  • 5+ years in the Web development industry with a significant amount of time spent using .NET and Kentico, Sitecore, or Umbraco
  • Expert level understanding of HTML/CSS and developing sites using modern Web standards.
  • Expert level understanding of a Kentico, Sitecore, or Umbraco
  • Expert level understanding of .NET application development.
  • Moderate level understanding of JavaScript and JavaScript libraries such as JQuery.

Project Coordinator

Apply for the Project Coordinator Position

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide scheduling support to the project manager, design, and development teams through all phases of project lifecycle
  • Ensure timely and accurate status reporting for client projects
  • Create process and project documentation and take ownership for maintaining an accessible and up-to-date document repository.
  • Perform quality assurance testing to ensure Trademark solutions meet or exceed client expectations and align to defined business needs
  • Manage bug tracking and response
  • Prepare presentation materials and documents for internal and client facing meetings and facilitate meetings
  • Coordinate project activities from pre-kickoff through project wrap-up 
  • Participate in client discovery sessions and help translate feedback into requirements 
  • Continually evaluate project management systems and processes and contribute suggestions for improvement 
  • Create bi-weekly project hour reports that are posted in the TMM project management system to alert team members. Consult with PM on ways to reduce hours when necessary. 
  • Help coordinate resource planning 
  • Other tasks required to make you and the company successful

The Project Coordinator will be expected to demonstrate:

  • A positive attitude with customers and team members.
  • Highly developed leadership, organizational, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Experience scheduling resources across projects and an aptitude for resolving conflicts between competing priorities
  • Experience managing customer requirements
  • Beginner knowledge of web development, including some familiarity with best practices and standards related to writing for the web, user experience design, search engine optimization, and HTML/CSS
  • A history of successfully managing multiple duties in a fast-paced team environment. Experience with managing remote teams a plus

Requirements

The Project Cordinator must meet the following requirements:

  • 2 years project coordination or project management experience (web project coordination/management a plus)
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs and other common productivity tools such as Google Drive, Dropbox, Salesforce, chat programs, and project management systems

TradeMark Media is seeking a full time information architect. This position will work with internal and client teams to create attractive, engaging, and intuitive websites, web applications, and mobile environments. Only well qualified candidates with professional UX portfolios should apply.

Expectations

The Information Architect will be expected to:

  • Work directly with our clients and our user experience team to understand business and project objectives.
  • Help plan the site architecture and design process by utilizing wireframes, prototypes, site maps, and other information architecture and design tools.
  • Work with in-house and contract staff to create attractive, cutting edge, and easy-to-use Web design concepts.
  • Consult with our development team and our clients as concepts are put into production.
  • Provide guidance and support to other UX staff.

Requirements

  • 5+ years professional experience creating Web architecture and design concepts. Experience creating concepts for mobile environments.
  • Must be extremely creative and innovative.
  • A diverse skill set with ability to design across multiple disciplines and industries.
  • Knowledge of current industry standards including those that apply to usability, information architecture, visual design, content strategy, and development.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills. The UX designer will be working closely with our team and leading our clients through strategy, discovery, architecture, and design sessions.
  • Ability to work independently or with a team.
  • Ability to take honest criticism and produce revisions that address feedback.

Expectations

The Senior Interactive Designer will be expected to:

  • Work directly with our clients and our User Experience team to understand business and project objectives.
  • Create attractive, cutting edge and easy-to-use Web design concepts.
  • Help plan the design process by collaborating with the team on wireframes, prototypes and other information architecture deliverables.
  • Consult with our development team and our clients as design concepts are put into production.
  • Create Web graphics as needed.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years experience creating Web design concepts. Experience creating design concepts for responsive/mobile environments.
  • Must be extremely creative and innovative.
  • A diverse skill set with ability to design across multiple disciplines and industries.
  • Expert knowledge of Creative Cloud Web design software
  • Knowledge of current industry standards including those that apply to information architecture and development.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills. The interactive designer will be working closely with our team and our clients.

Web Programmers

As a Web programmer working for TradeMark Media, your job duties will include coding complex Web applications and integrating third-party tools such as content management systems and e-commerce systems. You must be proficient in PHP/MySQL

Drupal Developers

Drupal developers working for TradeMark Media are responsible for integrating client websites with the Drupal CMS. They also have an in-depth knowledge of (X)HTML and CSS. Other programming languages and application knowledge are a plus.

ExpressionEngine Developers

ExpressionEngine developers working for TradeMark Media are responsible for integrating client websites with the Expression Engine CMS. They also have an in-depth knowledge of (X)HTML and CSS. Other programming languages and application knowledge are a plus.

Web Developers

Web developers working for TradeMark Media understand and have the ability to develop user friendly Web interfaces. Must have an in-depth knowledge of (X)HTML, CSS, and Dreamweaver. Other programming languages and application knowledge are a plus.
