Sales Associate

Apply for the Sales Associate Position

Job Duties

The Sales Associate will be expected to perform these specific job duties:

  • Manage incoming sales inquiries, either through phone, email, website request proposal form, referral or some other method. Management of sales inquiries will include:
    • Scheduling a pre-qualification phone call
    • Executing a pre-qualification phone call
    • Updating records in Salesforce
    • Scheduling next steps after the prequalification phone call
    • Scheduling a Needs Analysis (qualification meeting) if pre-qualified
  • Assist with and eventually manage the proposal process including drafting proposals, delivering proposals, and presenting proposals in person and remotely.
    • The Sales Associate must eventually become very comfortable making in-person presentations in front of large groups of decision makers.
  • Assist with and eventually manage the decision making process with prospective clients including:
    • Following up on a regular basis
    • Answering questions and providing additional information
    • Asking for and obtaining a yes/no decision
  • Assist with and eventually manage the contracting process including:
    • Crafting, delivering, and securing Master Services Agreements and Scopes of Work.
    • Handing a secured project off to the accounting Associate and project team.
  • Manage prospecting for new clients including:
    • Contacting a minimum of 20 potential clients per week
    • Following up with potential clients until a pre-qualification or needs analysis can be scheduled
    • Converting leads into opportunities

Requirements

The Sales Associate must meet the following requirements:

  • 3+ years of sales experience
  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
  • Agency experience, either with a digital agency, advertising firm, custom software development or similar
  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs and other common productivity tools such as Google Drive, Dropbox, Salesforce, chat programs and project management systems

Proposal Manager

Apply for the Proposal Manager Position

Job Responsibilities

  • Craft sales proposals in response to RFPs (requests for proposals) 
  • Craft sales proposals for referred or internal prospects
  • ​Research and identify new RFP opportunities –– especially at the local, state, and federal government levels
  • Provide strategic input for proposals––including related templates, assets, budgets, etc.
  • Manage entire sales proposals program––including timelines, milestones, project questions, etc. 
  • Regularly report on proposal program to executive leadership

Expectations

The Proposal Manager is expected to demonstrate: 

  • A positive attitude with customers and team members.
  • Highly developed leadership, organizational, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Beginner knowledge of Web design/development projects (more knowlege is a big plus)

The Proposal Manager should have:

  • ​Excellent organizational skills––ability to manage detailed tasks and requests, adhere to strict deadlines and milestones
  • Highly collaborative, ability to work with groups
  • Experience with grant writing, proposal writing, or RFP management a plus
  • Expert level experience with Microsoft Office programs, functionality and formatting
  • Experience with other common productivity tools such as Google Drive, Google Docs, Salesforce, etc.
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Full Stack Web Developer

Apply for the Full Stack Web Developer Position

Expectations

The Web Developer will be expected to demonstrate:

  • Expertise deploying ExpressionEngine and/or Drupal on client websites. This includes complete integrations from scratch into fully editable websites and a thorough understanding of the platform and how add-ons are used to extend the capabilities.
  • Experience using ExpressionEngine and/or Drupal to build complex websites involving large datasets, custom modules and custom applications.
  • Expert knowledge of PHP and the ability to write custom add-ons for ExpressionEngine and Drupal when the need arises. Experience extending ExpressionEngine and/or Drupal beyond the basics. Solid experience writing custom web applications would be a plus, but is not required.
  • Expertise creating front-end code from wireframes, design files, and technical specifications, using HTML, CSS and JavaScript/jQuery. The developer should show a strict adherence to modern coding standards.
  • Familiarity with responsive frameworks and SASS. We primarily use Foundation and Compass as a starting point for responsive projects.
  • Experience in managing quality assurance on projects to ensure that all code has been tested and meets expectations.
  • A history of successfully managing multiple projects in a fast-paced team environment.
  • The ability to multi task, manage time, and complete tasks quickly and accurately, with minimum supervision.
  • The ability to work well with other developers, account managers and supervisors.
  • The ability to communicate professionally with clients and staff.

Requirements

The Web Developer must meet the following requirements:

  • 5+ years in the Web development industry with a significant amount of time spent using ExpressionEngine and/or Drupal.
  • Expert level understanding of HTML/CSS and developing sites using modern Web standards.
  • Expert level understanding of ExpressionEngine and/or Drupal.
  • Expert level understanding of PHP and MySQL application development.
  • Moderate level understanding of JavaScript and JavaScript libraries such as JQuery.

  • A history of successfully managing multiple duties in a fast-paced team environment. Experience with managing remote teams a plus.

The Project Manager must meet the following requirements:

  • 5+ years in Web project management.
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs and other common productivity tools such as Google Drive, Dropbox, Salesforce, chat programs, and project management systems.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is ideal, but not required.

TradeMark Media is seeking a full time information architect. This senior-level position will work with internal and client teams to create attractive, engaging, and intuitive websites, web applications, and mobile environments. This is a senior-level position and only well qualified candidates with UX portfolios should apply.

Expectations

The Senior Information Architect will be expected to:

  • Work directly with our clients, our user experience team to understand business and project objectives.
  • Help plan the site architecture and design process by utilizing wireframes, prototypes, site maps, and other information architecture and design tools.
  • Work with in-house and contract staff to create attractive, cutting edge and easy-to-use Web design concepts.
  • Consult with our development team and our clients as concepts are put into production.
  • Provide guidance and support to other UX staff.

Requirements

  • Over 5 years professional experience creating Web architecture and design concepts. Experience creating concepts for mobile environments.
  • Must be extremely creative and innovative.
  • A diverse skill set with ability to design across multiple disciplines and industries.
  • Knowledge of current industry standards including those that apply to usability, information architecture, visual design, content strategy, and development.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills. The UX designer will be working closely with our team and leading our clients through strategy, discovery, architecture, and design sessions.
  • Ability to work independently or with a team.
  • Ability to take honest criticism and produce revisions that address feedback.

The Senior Interactive Designer will be expected to:

  • Work directly with our clients and our User Experience team to understand business and project objectives.
  • Help plan the design process by utilizing wireframes, prototypes and other information architecture tools.
  • Create attractive, cutting edge and easy-to-use Web design concepts.
  • Consult with our development team and our clients as design concepts are put into production.
  • Manage, provide guidance and support to our Junior UX Designer.
  • Create Web graphics as needed.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years experience creating Web design concepts. At least some experience creating design concepts for mobile environments.
  • Must be extremely creative and innovative.
  • A diverse skill set with ability to design across multiple disciplines and industries.
  • Expert knowledge of standard Web design software: Photoshop, Fireworks, etc.
  • Knowledge of current industry standards including those that apply to information architecture and development.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills. The interactive designer will be working closely with our team and our clients.

  • Ability to take honest criticism and produce revisions that address feedback.

Web Programmers

As a Web programmer working for TradeMark Media, your job duties will include coding complex Web applications and integrating third-party tools such as content management systems and e-commerce systems. You must be proficient in PHP/MySQL

Drupal Developers

Drupal developers working for TradeMark Media are responsible for integrating client websites with the Drupal CMS. They also have an in-depth knowledge of (X)HTML and CSS. Other programming languages and application knowledge are a plus.

ExpressionEngine Developers

ExpressionEngine developers working for TradeMark Media are responsible for integrating client websites with the Expression Engine CMS. They also have an in-depth knowledge of (X)HTML and CSS. Other programming languages and application knowledge are a plus.

Web Developers

Web developers working for TradeMark Media understand and have the ability to develop user friendly Web interfaces. Must have an in-depth knowledge of (X)HTML, CSS, and Dreamweaver. Other programming languages and application knowledge are a plus.

Web Designers
