Why should TradeMark Media develop my Web site? Can't I do it on my own?
Sure. Can you develop a great one that gets results? Probably not. Please
don't take offense, but at TradeMark Media we're Internet marketing
experts. We know the Web and we know great sites that get results.
Plus, many amateur developers make some pretty serious mistakes without
realizing it.

How does your pricing work?
All our projects are estimated accurately before we begin work. Our work
is priced either by hour or on a flat rate. We’ll present you with
a complete proposal before you approve any work. For more complicated
projects, a Scope of Work with project details will be provided.

How long will it take to develop my Web site?
When you sign an agreement with TradeMark Media, we will give you an
Estimated Time of Completion (ETC). The ETC can range from 30 days
to several months. As with any major project, the time frame
is only an estimate.

Once I hire you, what's the next step?
When you decide to hire TradeMark Media, a retainer is usually required
to begin work. The next step is to fill out our quick Pre-Project
Questionnaire. This can be found at www.trademarkmedia.com/newclient.
After this is complete, your Project Manager will schedule a Project
Kickoff with key decision makers in your company. The Project Kickoff
is the initial meeting that gets everything started.

What if I want to make changes to my Web site?
After the site has been made public, all customers get to make small
changes for up to 10 business days. After this time period, you have
several options regarding site modifications. You can make the changes
yourself through site editing software that we'll install and train
you on, or changes can be made by our production team individually
or as part of a Site Maintenance plan.

How can I drive traffic to my Web site?
Your Web site will not drive traffic by itself. If your site was developed
by us, it will be very professional in its approach and you'll want
to show it off. You'll want to drive traffic to it by registering
with search engines (we'll help you with this), linking your site
anywhere possible and advertising your site.

Will you set up hosting for my Web site?
Yes. TradeMark Media owns and manages Web servers that are collocated
in a tier 1 data center. We'll take care of setting
up hosting for your Web site and also company email.

Will you test my site on several different browsers?
Of course. That's part of the development process. Your Web site will
be optimized for the latest version of all popular browsers.

What is involved in taking credit cards from my site?
If you want to accept credit cards online, we’ve got you covered.
There are a couple of things you should be aware of though. To run
professional e-commerce you will need two different kinds of accounts.
First, you will need an Internet Merchant Account. This is just
like any other merchant account that lets you take credit cards,
but it has special rates for the Internet. Second, you will need a Gateway
Account.
The Gateway
Account transmits the information from your Web site to your merchant
provider through a Secure Socket Layer, protecting the identity of
the purchaser. The Gateway Account also offers real-time authorization.
TradeMark Media can help you with this entire process.

and implementing accessible Web sites. In fact, we have won several awards for excellence in accessibility at the Accessibility Internet Rally sponsored by Knowbility.
