Kristine Fernandez

" Working in this industry means that there is never a dull moment. There are always new methods and technologies to learn, making the work we do always interesting and unique. "

Education: B.S. in Civil Engineering, University of Texas at Austin

Kristine is one of TradeMark Media's Developers. Ever since she typed her first HTML tag over a decade ago on what are now the dusty remains of Expage and Angelfire, Kristine was hooked on the idea of creating websites. Little did she realize that those early days of animated .gifs and sticky caps would lead to the beginning of a fulfilling and challenging career in web development.

After a brief affair with civil engineering, she discovered that what seemed like just a hobby could be something more so she began to pursue a career in the web design and development field. Today she helps the TradeMark development team produce quality, efficient sites compliant with modern web and accessibility standards.

Outside of the office, you can probably find her enjoying one of Austin’s fine food trucks or scouring antique malls.
