Junior User Experience Designer

TradeMark Media is seeking to fill the full-time position of Junior User Experience Designer. The Junior User Experience Designer will work with our team and our clients to design visually compelling and well-architected website interfaces.

Expectations
The Junior User Experience Designer will be expected to:
- Work directly with our clients, our User Experience Director, and our Art Director to understand business and project objectives.
- Help plan the design process by creating wireframes, sitemaps, prototypes and other information architecture deliverables.
- Create attractive, cutting edge and easy-to-use website design concepts.
- Consult with our development team and our clients as design concepts are put into production.
- Create Web graphics as needed.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience creating website design concepts.
- At least 1 year of experience creating Information architecture deliverables.
- Must be extremely creative, innovative, and detail-oriented.
- A working knowledge of website development principles, including experience developing websites using HTML and CSS
- A diverse skill set with ability to design across multiple disciplines and industries.
- Significant knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Fireworks and PhotoShop.
- Knowledge of current industry standards including those that apply to visual design, information architecture, usability, accessibility, and standards-based development.
- Strong interpersonal communications skills. The designer will be working closely with our team and our clients.
- Ability to work independently or on a highly collaborative team.
- Ability to respond to honest criticism and produce revisions that address feedback.

TradeMark Media is seeking to fill the full-time position of Drupal Developer. The Drupal Developer will be responsible for gathering technical requirements on projects and implementing custom websites and web applications using the Drupal CMS.

The Drupal Developer will be expected to demonstrate:
- Expertise in translating client business goals and objectives into technical requirements. Includes drafting technical specifications and other documentation to clearly outline the technical plan for completing projects.
- The ability to complete technical plans using a variety of coding and programming technologies, within the Drupal CMS. The Drupal Develolper is expected to have a very solid grasp of PHP/MySQL development.
- Experience in mentoring others and directing quality assurance on projects to ensure that all code has been tested and meets expectations.
- A history of successfully managing multiple projects in a fast-paced team environment.
Requirements
The Drupal Developer must meet the following requirements:
- 6+ years in the Web development industry with a significant amount of time spent managing and implementing the development phase of projects.
- 3+ years developing websites and web applications using the Drupal CMS.
- Expert level understanding of LAMP including PHP and MySQL application development.
- Expert level understanding of JavaScript and JavaScript frameworks (JQuery, etc.).
- Significant experience with front-end technologies (XHTML/CSS) and developing sites using modern Web standards.

Business Development Director
TradeMark Media is seeking to fill the full-time position of Business Development Director. The Business Development Director will be responsible for increasing sales by building relationships with key prospects, clients and partners.

Expectations
The Business Development Director will be expected to:
- Make contact and build relationships with potential clients and partners. A specific prospecting plan will be created with the candidate upon hire, but possibilities include networking, cold calling and developing marketing campaigns.
- Lead potential clients through the sales process. This including pre-qualification, needs analysis, proposal presentation, close and follow-up.
- Develop marketing strategies that will foster relationships in the community and increase TradeMark Media’s brand awareness.
Requirements
The Business Development Director must meet the following requirements:
- 3+ years of business-to-business sales or marketing experience
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited university
- Personal contacts with prospective clients
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Self-motivation, high energy and the ability to fit in well with a team
- The ability to work outside of normal business hours if required
- The ability to use technology to foster relationships (Ex: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)

As a Web programmer working for TradeMark Media, your job duties will include coding complex Web applications and integrating third-party tools such as content management systems and e-commerce systems. You must be proficient in PHP/MySQL
ExpressionEngine Developers
ExpressionEngine developers working for TradeMark Media are responsible for integrating client websites with the Expression Engine CMS. They also have an in-depth knowledge of (X)HTML and CSS. Other programming languages and application knowledge are a plus.
Web Developers
Web developers working for TradeMark Media understand and have the ability to develop user friendly Web interfaces. Must have an in-depth knowledge of (X)HTML, CSS, and Dreamweaver. Other programming languages and application knowledge are a plus.
Web Designers
